 5/12/12 Points Standings 

FOR ANYONE WHO NOTICED (OR DIDN'T), I HAD INCORRECT DATES ON THE APRIL CALENDAR.  I HAVE MADE CORRECTIONS TO BOTH THE VIEWABLE AND PRINTABLE VERSIONS.  SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

As some of you  may have already discovered, I  have added a few new things to our website. 

First, if you look above the Home menu on the left side of the page, you will see “TMX 2012 Events”.  Listed below that are two options: “2012 Event Calendars” and “Printable 2012 Calendars”.  The first option is online viewable calendars.  Some of you  may need to go the view option at the top of your browser and zoom in to increase the size of the calendars.  The second option is “Printable 2012 Calendars” which are in PDF format.  All you need to view and print these is have Adobe Reader installed on your computer and a printer of course.  If you don’t have Adobe Reader, you can download it at www.adobe.com/downloads.

The second new item is a chat room.  If you look on the right side of the page above our list of sponsors, you will see “Login” and “TMX CHAT-MUST LOGIN”.  When you click on “Login”, it will take you to a login screen.  You must register the first time after that you only need to login each time you  return to the site.  Once you have logged in, you will see “Join in now!” listed below “TMX CHAT-MUST LOGIN” just click on that link and you will see the message box.  You can chat with other users or just leave a message for everyone to see.

I  hope that each of you will include your real name in the registration.  We would like to start sending email notifications on occasion and it would be nice to know we are sending information to our TMX family.  I will be monitoring the chat room and I hope that I don’t have to delete too many messages or deny any user’s access.  So try to keep it clean.  We do appreciate constructive criticism along with any suggestions regarding the track or the website but I won’t tolerate fowl, hateful or cruel comments especially towards others.

GATES OPEN @ 2:00PM.  PRACTICE @ APPROX. 3:30PM.  RACES @ APPROX. 5:30PM

GATE FEES: (EVERYONE) - $5.00; SPECTATORS 4 & UNDER AND OVER 60 FREE.

ENTRY FEES: $30 PER CLASS, PRO $35 PER CLASS

$5 FROM EACH ENTRY FEE OF $30 IN EACH CLASS GOES TOWARDS CONTINGENCY.  1ST THRU 5TH IN EACH CLASS IN OVERALL POINTS WILL BE PAID A PREDETERMINED PERCENTAGE (LISTED BELOW) OF TOTAL CONTINGENCY AT THE END OF THE SEASON.  CONTINGENCY MONEY WILL BE DISTRIBUTED EQUALLY BETWEEN CLASSES.  NO MINIMUM RACE REQUIREMENT.  WE WILL BE GIVING PLAQUES IN EVERY CLASS AT EACH RACE- 50CC, 65CC AND 85CC WILL RECEIVE 1ST THRU 5TH, ALL OTHER CLASSES INCLUDING SCHOOL BOY, SUPERMINI AND OUTLAW WILL RECEIVE 1ST THRU 3RD.  WE HAVE DECIDED NOT TO DO PERPETUAL PLAQUES THIS YEAR, WE WILL BE GIVING INDIVIDUAL PLAQUES AT EACH RACE .

CONTINGENCY BREAKDOWN - 1ST-40%, 2ND-25%, 3RD-20%, 4TH-10%, 5TH-5%
